CINELUX Product Warranty Policy

NEXA-MAG Warranty Coverage

All NEXA-MAG media drives come with a 2-year standard warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal usage conditions.

Extended Warranty Option

For customers seeking additional protection, we offer an extended 5-year warranty on NEXA-MAG products. This includes an additional 3 years of coverage beyond the standard 2-year period. The extended warranty must be purchased separately and registered within 30 days of the original purchase date.

What Our Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

• Failures under normal and intended usage conditions.

• Replacement or repair of defective products at our discretion.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
