5. Warranty & Returns

NEXA-MAG Warranty: All NEXA-MAG media drives come with a 2-year standard warranty, with an option to extend to 5 years (additional 3 years). Full warranty details can be found on our Warranty Page.

Defective or damaged products must be reported within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Returns are only accepted for unused products in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

6. Limitation of Liability

CINELUX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

We do not guarantee that our website will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.
