At CINELUX, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please see Section 2 for warranty-related returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or show signs of wear.

• Digital or downloadable products.

• Custom or special-order items.

• Clearance or final sale items (if specified at checkout).

2. Defective or Damaged Items (Warranty Claims)

If your product arrives damaged or becomes defective within the warranty period, please contact us at support@cinelux.com with:

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos or a video showing the defect.

• Your order number or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email support@cinelux.com with your order details and reason for return.

2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions.

3. Return the Item: Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided.

4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund (if eligible).

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If returning a product due to a defect or error on our part, CINELUX will cover return shipping costs.

• If returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where CINELUX is at fault.

• If the return does not meet our policy conditions, we may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

6. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
