1. Where We Ship
We offer worldwide shipping to most major regions, including:
• United Kingdom & Europe (Including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, and more)
• United States & Canada
• Australia & New Zealand
• Asia (Including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and select other countries)
Shipping Restrictions
Due to logistical and security concerns, we do not ship to the following locations:
Countries under international trade sanctions or embargoes.
High-risk regions with unreliable postal services.
Certain remote islands and territories.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (on a case-by-case basis).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight.
Estimated delivery times:
• UK & EU: 3-7 business days
• USA & Canada: 5-10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 business days
• Asia: 7-15 business days
• Rest of World: 7-20 business days (subject to customs processing)
Express shipping options may be available for select locations.
3. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
CINELUX is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Tracking & Delivery Issues
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please allow additional time for customs clearance and local courier processing.
CINELUX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
6. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of customs fees, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
